the Spirit of the Water has ben found, he's traped in the Forsaken Fortress, the area around the Forsaken Fortress is insane, Whirlwind's have stired up, and the water is filled with Ship's and monster's, you would need to be able to clear the whirlwinds if you even want a chance to get to him

ALOT of Bombs, ALOT of Arrow's, ALOT of Seed's, the Abilty to move the winds(Wind Waker not needed), HookShot(to get around), Long Grapling Hook, Deku Leaf, Boomerang(at least lv1) and some other random stuff
